After going abstinent from sugar, starches, and processed food, I quickly lost my excess weight, going from 156 to 122. The biggest obstacle for most people is fear of cravings. They are accustomed to having the "sweet tooth" and regularly giving into its powerful pull. But once people confront their chemical addictions, miracles happen with ease, because once we pull that invisible syringe out of our arms, the sky is the limit in terms of improved nutrition and reclaiming our biochemistry.
